Our Very Popular program with Brian Stewart is back for the Fall, designed for ALL abilities to help improve your fitness level.   
Grades 1-8  Sundays: Starts September 25
 6 weeks 3-4:00 pm
 
All Stars Jiu Jitsu
Our program has expanded into Jiu Jitsu,
​ which is a more encompassing martial arts program than karate.  
Grades 1-8    Fridays: Starts October 14
8 weeks 5:30pm Beginner/Intermediate, 6:30 pm Advanced
