Transition from School to Adult Life:
Using the IEP to Create Success This FREE workshop will address transition planning and services required for youth with disabilities ages 14-22. It will focus on transition special education services which prepare youth for employment, independent living, adult services and further education.

This kind of program for disabled children is rare and very few in our society. Disabled or not, must have a decent opportunity for education. Having disabilities is not an excuse to deny the education they need. Now that we know the damage it may cause to the society if our children are not properly educated, we should prevent it from happening again.
