Tuesday, December 9, 2014 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Hanover High School (Multipurpose Room – First Floor)
287 Cedar Street, Hanover
The transition to adulthood can invoke feelings of uncertainty in both adolescents and caregivers alike. Join us for important and interactive discussion about the role of agencies such as Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) and Department of Developmental Services (DDS) in transition planning and post-secondary life for students with disabilities. Topics include eligibility requirements, the eligibility determination process and what supports and services are available.
Presented by: Peter Allard from Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission and Maureen Cavicchi from Department of Developmental Services
