Planning for the future of your child or young adult with Asperger's can be overwhelming. Ideally, we have all created long-term plans in anticipation of future needs. In reality, that's not so simple. 


The good news is that the prospects for the future are suddenly brighter!

New laws passed in 2014 will make it easier, for example, to set aside tax-free funds to provide for the long-term care of a loved a one. Legislation was also passed that expands DDS eligibility to cover many in our community who previously would have been excluded. 

At AANE's annual Benefits Conference our experts will tell you about new and existing public and private supports that are available and how to obtain them. We'll discuss everything from legal planning to housing options. We'll even host a forms clinic to help you complete the applications for public programs.

Even if you've attended our Benefits Conference in the past, you should plan to attend this year to learn about the exciting new opportunities that are now available.
