"I feel like my partner and I speak different languages."

"My partner doesn't initiate conversations and only talks about a few particular topics."

"I'm not good at idle conversation or chit chat."

"My partner focuses on the details and misses the point of what I am trying to say."

"I get overwhelmed and stressed very easily, which strains my communication skills."

If any of these statements resonate with you, this workshop is for you!
In this workshop, we will cover issues and develop strategies for neurodiverse couples who differ in the ways they think and perceive the world.

Topics include:
  • identifying communication blocks
  • putting yourself in your partner's shoes (perspective-taking)
  • discovering how what you say (or don't say) affects your partner
  • focusing on a bigger picture when it comes to relationship and communication issues
